About Penn's Table

I have been working at Penn's Table of West Chester for a year now.  The restaurant is family owned by two great people- Anthony and Jennifer Marion.  They really have made a great environment with the restaurant and it really is a great experience to work and eat there!  A day at Penn's Table on the weekends is getting there at either 6:45am or 8am, I know we're crazy right.  I thought the same thing! I had no idea how I was going to manage to wake up after a long week of classes and homework, but TRUST me it is easy. Why you may ask?  It's easy because of people like YOU!  The conversations, the people, the employees- all make it worth it.

 

**Thinking ahead- we will be opening our outside seating very soon!! On nice days, swing on by and see if their out and if they are please join us! Great place to bring your dog and get a great meal:)

 

 

Surviving the Storm!

Penns Table has survived the ice storm!! We closed for the FIRST time in ten years on Monday after the snow we got.  Wednesday we lost power due to the weather but come Thursday and the weekend we were back in action!  Our weekend was VERY busy, people came in to get away from their houses with no power.  We warmed them up with a cup of coffee and a warm belly full of breakfast.  What was post popular this weekend?  My tables were crazy over our #7 (Felix in a Blanket).  For those of you who haven't stopped by before, this is one of our yummy breakfast options- two buttermilk sausage pancakes topped with two over easy eggs!  People left with big smiles on their faces:)

Hello all-

I have created this blog to express how much I love my job working as a waitress at Penns Table!!  I have been with the family there for about year now and it is a great place to be.  If you have never been to Penns Table, you should stop by for a visit!  Grab a coffee, milkshake, breakfast or lunch.  The people are great and the food is even better!
