How to Make a Milkshake at Penn’s Table
1. First, ask the customer what flavor of milkshake they would like.
o
(Chocolate,
Vanilla, Black & White, Chocolate Banana, or strawberry)
2.
Then,
take the scooping blade to the freezer.
Take a metal milkshake cup, place this aside. Open the freezer and begin to scoop large scoops of the flavor of choice into the metal cup.
o
Sometimes,
if the ice cream is hard, a little trick is to run the metal blade under hot
water to allow a smoother scooping process.
4. Fill the cup of ice cream with milk until the milk is visible over the ice cream.
o
By
doing this, it will allow the machine to do less work and will allow for a
quicker process.
6.
Once
this is done, insert the metal cup
into the milkshake machine.
7.
Push the cup up and the blade
of the machine will begin to work its magic.
o
By
pushing the cup up, the blade will start to turn very fast, if you need to stop
for whatever reason, you can lower the cup and the machine will turn off.
8.
While
the machine is moving, carefully
take the spoon to push the ice cream around to make sure everything gets
creamy.
9.
Once
mixed, remove the cup from the machine.
Next, take a Styrofoam cup and
pour the milkshake into the cup.
10. If desired, add whip cream to the top of the milkshake.
o
Be
sure to ask the customers if they would like this added touch first!
Congratulations, you now know
